Hello friends! I'm Evan Greer and this is my website. I'm a queer activist singer/songwriter, organizer, parent, speaker, and workshop facilitator based in Boston. i travel the world playing high-energy music for social change and connecting with communities who are resisting oppression. Occasionally i write for reputable places like The Guardian and Huffington Post or appear as a guest on All Things Considered. I also organize a monthly queer dance party in Boston called Break the Chains. I tour regularly and i'd love to come to your town, so get in touch!
In my other life, I'm the campaign director of Fight for the Future, helping save the Internet from governments and corporations that want to muck it up.
You can check out the video below to get an idea of what I do.
There are lots more videos over on YouTube!
Don't leave without signing up for my Friends Not Fans E-mail List. That's is the best way to stay in touch with me and find out when I'm coming to your town! It's also a great way to let me know how I can support organizing in your community through music and workshops, and to spread the word about cool projects, events, and campaigns that all y'all are working on.
Thanks for all your support!
